Inspected Once, Inspected Right!

The infrared camera offers a non-invasive means of monitoring and diagnosing the condition of buildings - providing immediate high-resolution thermal imagery, revealing potential structural and moisture issues, energy efficiency and even rodent or pest discovery.

How does it work for inspections? Infrared cameras produce images of invisible heat radiation that provide precise temperatures on most surfaces. By using our digital thermography services as part of a pre-listing inspection, you can get a better evaluation of your house's condition. This information is vital in helping to determine how much you can sell your home for.

Unlike visible light, in the infrared world, everything with a temperature above absolute zero emits heat. Even very cold objects, like ice cubes, emit infrared temperature differentials. The higher the object's temperature, the greater the IR radiation emitted. Infrared allows us to see what our eyes cannot. Infrared thermography cameras produce images of invisible infrared or "heat" radiation and provide precise non-contact temperature measurement capabilities. Nearly everything gets hot before it fails, making infrared cameras extremely cost-effective, valuable diagnostic tools in many diverse applications.

I am InterNACHI certified Infrared Thermographer:

Without Thermal Imaging, Somethings Go Unseen. I Scan For Trouble Spots With Every Inspection. Now I Can See What Others Only Guess About.

Thermal Images Can Help Reveal Problems About Moisture (which may be conducive to mold, decay and termites), Electrical Systems, Deficient Insulation, HVAC problems
